Femi Kehinde
Femi Odunayo Kehinde is a multi-skilled professional with over two decades working experience within the manufacturing and the oil & gas industries. He has a wide range of skills having worked career as an Industrial Engineer, Recruiter, Trainer, Quality Management consultant, IT professional and HR professional. He worked with Michelin Tyres (Nigeria & France) and Shell Exploration & Production.
‘Femi is a University of Lagos graduate of Mechanical Engineering, An Associate member of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM). He has written and presented a number of award winning papers at the Computer Association of Nigeria annual conferences (COAN).
He has attended many leadership courses locally and abroad from reputable management schools. He is a mentor, coach and public speaker. Presently, Femi oversees strategy and business development.

Ronke Osikoya
Ronke Osikoya
Ronke Osikoya holds a law degree from the University of Lagos and an MBA from the same University. For several years she has served as a Recruitment Consultant with experience in capacity building and corporate governance training. She is a Certified Trainer for the Commonwealth Association on Corporate Governance and facilitated on the Directors course on Corporate Governance in Senegal.
She was the one of the Pioneering Country Project Officer of the African Management Services Company (AMSCO), a joint venture established IFC and the UNDP. She brings to Pedion strong Recruitment consulting, Training design & execution skills. She also has banking, re-structuring and compliance management skills.
She worked briefly as Group Head, Recruitment of Vic Lawrence & Associates (VLA) and worked as CEO of her own firm, Stancon Limited prior to forging a strategic alliance with Femi Kehinde to set up Pedion Partnership.
